Normally its not that they wont employ anyone that has been 'paid off' its more likely that if you were fijo if they re employ you they are obliged to make you fijo again until 3 months passes and then you can start form scratch on their contract sytem.
cant you ask them if this is the case and if they can offer you a contract under a different company name?? most transport company have a few different sl's |
