I quite liked the Guardia too - until two of them held me down and another smashed me in the face...

I remember in the UK a good friend of mine constantly preaching that they were all corrupt - I foolishly doubted him.... He was arrested and threatened with a charge of assaulting a police officer and worse if he didnt accept the charge of breaching the peace.
He stuck to his guns and ended up with a £1,000 fine and a criminal record...

Thing is - I know this guy inside out - we served together - and he absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt did not assault a police officer.
