Time keeping is for me a big thing,if you make an appointment to see someone at 2pm get there at 2pm,and I agree with Janet communication is the key.My biggest fault is trying to please too much,not quite bend over backwards just slant a bit,my second biggest fault is I lose phone numbers,so another one is write it down.I personally think you don't need gimmicks,good service at a fair rate you will have them coming back for more. |
