Default Advice on a Registered Delivery

i have a problem with a registered parcel that i should get from the uk now. the company (not amazon) told me i'd get it by the 22nd. i went to our p.o.box again yesterday and was happy to finally see a notification that i should pick something up inside. but it was not my parcel. back home i looked at the spanish post-office webpage to track the parcel and it told me that as of the 20th, it was at my post-office! so i phoned them (i did ask them when i was there whether there was anything else for me...) and said it should be there but they don't have it. what do i do now??? i have emailed the company and see what they will say but surely there must be a way for them to track it??? argh! HELP!
