Default Re: Advice on a Registered Delivery

Prior to Christmas I sent some goods (that were ordered through my online shop) to France via Royal Mail (Registered Post) using their Track & Trace system.

Unfortunately they went missing - when I tracked and traced it said that the parcel had been handed to their overseas delivery agents in America

I rang Royal Mail to try and sort this out this week (I had given my customer a FULL REFUND) and when I asked where the parcel was they said:

Basically, the Royal Mail system will not 'talk' to an overseas delivery system and you have no way of tracking the parcel!

They want you to use their expensive parcel delivery service as opposed to their postal service!

Don't get me started on parcel delivery companies - I could rant and rage for hours!
