yikes, hopper - that's awful!! i don't see how the postal system of the country from which you post somebody can claim they won't take responsibility once it has reached another country, esp. if it's been sent to the wrong country all along. this is terrible! and postage is not cheap. i write a lot of letters and get annoyed that every year postage goes up by a cent or two (two cents this year for europe-wide mail) - and then you get bad service!! |
