Would you believe. I rang Iberia this morning to confirm that the dogs had been confirmed and was told my flight was cancelled. Reason it was more than 4 days and it was not paid for. They had my card but told me they would call back and confirm the dogs. I waited 24 hours and called. No news. I waited another 24 and called , no news. I waited another 24 and called no news. I called today and it was cancelled.All these calls and they were supposed to call me.

I got a very don't give a damm rude person on the phone that said basically tough luck and also informed me that Iberia don't transport dogs to Tenerife and never had.

A choice words from me and I hung up.

I got composed and called back and got a very helpful man called Nuno. He informed me that it was the other way round and dogs wont be transported into Ireland. So he booked me another flight , €30 more. He still now has to confirm the dogs. He gave me his name and number and assured me that he will keep on top of it.

But the crazy thing was that they put my ticket on hold and were calling me back to confirm but because they were unorganised my flight was canceled.

Glad to hear that Iberia is such a quality airline.

Lastly what is San Miguel de Abona like to live and for schools?
