We've owned a property for 14 months now and have not paid the above yet.

We were told that the direct debit we signed when we purchased the property may not be used for the first payment and we would therefore receive a bill in the post, which we would need to pay.

We've got family coming back tonight who will be bringing any post back but if there is no bill what should I do?
