OK, what's a SAC? Probably something quite obvious but I can't begin to think what it is at the moment


Is a letter of authorisation legit without being Notarised, if so it must be the only thing that is

I'll probably need to go to San Miguel to get the bill to pay though anyway.


Is there a penalty for late payment and when is it due in San Miguel?
