Im afraid you cant at the moment, but rest assured the residents closest to the refuge are doing their upmost to supply fresh water for the dogs.
But thank you for being interested. Apparently the TV crews are going down there in the morning to report this on Canarian TV, so thats good. We just need land to build a rescue centre on. I dont understand why it is so difficult for the authorities to provide this, given that Eugenio would then be providing a public service. They are quite happy to call him when a stray animal is spoiling the tourists perception of Tenerife, yet cannot go the extra mile and make it that bit easier for the guy, who lives in circumstances none of us can comprehend
