I find that by far the most useful word to use with Canarians is oooooph with a shoulder shrug. This means anything too big to measure. So they say this house must be worth oooooph or the paperwork needed to do this legally is ooooph

Shoulder shrug is not quite right. It is a lifting of the arm, hands palm downwards, with a flick of the wrist upwards as if you were throwing something over your shoulder with the back of your hand.
