Hey ... you are complaining about my (almost) most favourite restaurant - I eat lunch there 2 to 3 times a week. I haven´t noticed any particular over salting (and I am not that keen on a lot of salt). Yesterday there I had the rice (no salt at all) the roasted peppers & pan fried courgettes - and added some salt to it. I have never noticed the meat as being too salty either. Am very surprised to hear your comments. I will be having lunch there again tomorrow, so will sample the salad bar to test.

Only thing I agree with you is the sound level - not the place to go for a quiet romantic chat.

EDIT - and for anyone else tempted to try El Rodeo, they are about to close for their annual one month´s holidays, starting 23rd June
