2 out of 3 I would agree with. The second one no. I as an ex employer was always willing to pay the extra few euro for a good technician than some sub standard technician that I would end up firing anyhow.
In Tenerife all I ever hear from employees is I cant get good help with this and good help with that..... you get what you pay for.
Now before someone says to me that they are good and badly paid I was only addressing Treb's second point.
