I do not wish to flame or cause more debate, so this is just my opinion.
I think anyone responsible for mass murder has voluntarily given up all claim to "human" rights, by their very actions proving they are not actually human.
I also think it perfectly clear that Serbian politicians (and others) condoned those actions for years, the Government may have just changed but those who were in power before remain, as do all the so called innocent civilians who closed their eyes to it at the time, collective responsibility, it took Germany 20 years and more to deal with it.
