Quite right, and early justice systems were set up precisely to avoid blood vengeance. In the case of Karadzic, they've picked up plenty of his minions, and it's only due to recent EU pressure on Serbia that he's now been arrested, in my opinion. Hopefully this means that Mladic will be delivered up soon too.

I don't think the International Court has capital rights, do they? I think their maximum penalty is life imprisonment ... which is all I would want anyway, despite all.
