Looks like a bargain to me when you see the rent some ask for Shxxxxt Holes, Ideal start for someone with a family wanting to move here and looking to buy in the future....You should have no bother renting that one

I can say that the houses on that complex are fantastic, and we seriously considered buying one there when we first moved over. They are huge and the garages are as big as squash courts!

I will consider a letting agreement with an option to buy if anyone is interested - that way the rent you pay is deducted off the purchase price.


PS I should have added in the general description that it is a smoke free, pet free rent.

Really nice place...I hope that whoever moves in..respects the place.

Can only add that the area is excellant, very high quality properties.

So it is an area for a better class of "Hooligan"..with a few bob to spend.
