I imagine she means that anyone who has lived there previously and has left ... for whatever reason ... should not apply because they won't be accepted as tenants again. That's how I read it anyway.

A beautiful two bedroom apartment is available for long term rental from the beginning of August. The apartment is at La Finca, Chayofa, 6 minutes drive from the centre of Los Cristianos. It is fully furnished with oven, hob, built in full size fridge freezer, full size washing machine, iron, kettles, pots, pans etc...
