A beautiful two bedroom apartment is available for long term rental from the beginning of August. The apartment is at La Finca, Chayofa, 6 minutes drive from the centre of Los Cristianos. It is fully furnished with oven, hob, built in full size fridge freezer, full size washing machine, iron, kettles, pots, pans etc... The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and both bedrooms have built in fitted wardrobes. There is also a guest bathroom too. Both bedrooms open out onto a very large sunny terrace. The complex is well kept with pool and gardens.
The price is 700 euros plus electricty and water.

This two bedroom apartment is available for viewings from now, and is available to take over rental in two weeks time. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, with all day sun on the very large terrace, perfect for bbq and al fresco dining. Please pm myself for more details.

Thanks Janet, I know times are hard here both for buying and selling. I do want to rent it out long term, preferably for six months or longer. Thought this forum would be the best way to do it.
