no agent fees, contract fees etc. Full legal rental contract.

I have pmd you too. I have lowered the rent to 490 per month to include bills also, hope this helps.

Callao is 15 mins by car from Las Americas, this apartment has been let from the 1st of Nov. So can only do a short let until then, sorry.

I have suggested in your wanted thread to contact Duderock or Paulrock here, who have long lets.
