It´s hard to pre-reserve something for two plus months away, I´m afraid ... I´ve a 3 bed house (Arona not Adeje) with UK tv and possibility of a phoneline, so internet access, (see accommodation available section here under my name), but as it´s empty just at the moment, it would be hard to commit to a booking not starting till October and risk having to turn away a possible tenant next month ... and if someone has tenants now whose contract is up in September, they will have first call if they want to stay on.

Better to start looking (on the ground, if you can) in September

As said above, you'll really need to be here to arrange accommodation, or at least you can arrange it with a week's notice of arrival. It's very difficult to arrange something in advance, even when here in person.

I agree with Janet & Doreen you are looking too far in advanced plus it would be wise to come before you move & research the areas yourself, as one mans paradise is anothers utter hell
