I would like to move to a 3 bedroom property either in Costa Adeje, Fañabe or Callao-but this is a bit far for school (Los Cris) but will still consider if monthly rent price is good.

Use of a community pool would be good. Garage not essential.

Must have phone & internet line.

Animals must be allowed as I have 1 cat. He spends most of his time out though so isn´t a problem.

This could well be a major problem on a complex - animals are not allowed to roam, so it depends whether this law is actually enforced. On Mirador de la Gomera, for instance, we have had to impose several 100 euro fines on cat owners who allow their animals to wander freely, and more than one cat owner has had to move because of this.

If you feel this is ridiculous and it is in the nature of a cat to roam, I could drone on about the damage they do and the problems thay cause.

By the way, this is law imposed by, for example, Adeje, so technically, the cat can't roam anywhere, not even on the road. I don't think they enforce it.

We live on a complex but fortunately our front door faces out of the complex and our cats roam "out front" rather than within.

To be honest I haven't seen any cats "out back" and there are plenty here.

He doesn´t roam the complex. He spends his time where the old swimming pools are in Chayofa Near the car park, so he isn´t a problem
