It is centrally located between Los Gigantes and Playa San Juan directly at the Plaza. There are many bars, a bank, a little supermarket, a flower shop, and other small businesses. This ensures frequent traffic. There are parking lots directly in front of the door. Customers can put heavy stuff The shop gets frequented by regular and walk-in customers. It offers little pets, pet food, and various kinds of accessories. Customers are local residents as well as international customers from nearby villages. Specific knowledge about pets is not a must as the current owner offers familiarization with and to the business.

The shop is for sale @ only € 49,000.- including all stocks, one month familiarization, incl. introduction to suppliers, etc.

Hi there, and good luck with selling this. Can you just confirm for everyone whether the purchase price is for the freehold of the shop?

Did you have some old idiot on a motorbike come in last week and ask if you sold lizards? And you said 'Lizards, in Tenerife?' And you said you would have Iguanas in next week.

I'm just asking in order to locate the shop. The one I refer to was in a good position, and a nice shop. If this was you, I hope my enquiry has nothing to do with the sale.

Most people usually just park outside shops - or is it a dive thru pet shop?

Hi Janet - thank you for this question.

The purchase price of € 49,000 does not include the freehold. The shop is at lease for only € 600/month.

Update: the purchasing price for the business has been dramatically reduced:

Euro 25,000

Reason: the Spanish banks are currently pretty cautios when it comes down to credits. This amount has been referred as reference value from all interested parties so far.

--> Thus, this is now an even better opportunity to take over a business at very low risk with revenue from day 1 on when you open the doors. Don't miss it.
