Default The Best Time of the Day

I absolutely adore the early mornings, especially over here.

The sun is out (for a change ) there is a delicious breeze blowing and eveywhere is quiet.

What is your best time of the day and why?

Any time - as long as I'm not tired. I'm not really a morning person - it takes me about an hour to come around - if it's the weekend - then it can take me half a morning.

I don't really have a best time of day here. But in the UK, when I was working it was about 4.30 am in the summer. Just as the dawn chorus was starting the streets were deserted, everyone else was still tucked up in bed. The next sound would be the 'clink clink' of the milk man and the distinctive hum of the electric motor on the milk float. And the knowledge that in an hour or so I would be tucked up in bed while everyone else was at work.

Morning - before it gets hot!

Worst time is around 6pm when heat is greatest

Early in the morning definitely. No kids playing. No dogs barking. No traffic noise.

Just the birds waking up.

And not forgetting the empty beach at La Pinta
