Evening time. Dinner eaten everything done and time to settle down for the night and chill on the terrace. Eeven better now we have a Jasmine in flower which is filling the whole terrace with it's scent.
Any time - as long as I'm not tired. I'm not really a morning person - it takes me about an hour to come around - if it's the weekend - then it can take me half a morning.
I don't really have a best time of day here. But in the UK, when I was working it was about 4.30 am in the summer. Just as the dawn chorus was starting the streets were deserted, everyone else was still tucked up in bed. The next sound would be the 'clink clink' of the milk man and the distinctive hum of the electric motor on the milk float. And the knowledge that in an hour or so I would be tucked up in bed while everyone else was at work.
