What music would you like played at your funeral/cremation and why
I will start with mine. It has always been my wish to have
Beatles "in My Life" at the cremation service
and when I glide out through the curtains Katrina and the Waves "Walking on Sunshine"

The music I would like played at my funeral would be...as my coffin is being carried down the aisle toward the alter..."Please Don't Talk About Me When I'm Gone"...only joking! It would have to be "That's Life" by Frank Sinatra.
Then as my coffin was being carried out of the church I would like a full blown New Orleans type jazz band to be walking ahead of the coffin playing loudly and in an animated fashion "Oh when the Saints go Marching in."
The inscription on my headstone if I am buried in Tenerife would read "I told you I was ill". But if I am buried in a Liverpool cemetery it would have to read something like "What are you looking at!"

Don't think it is the same, really, Hops ... that's about types of funerals, whereas this is music. I don't suppose I'll have a choice about type of funeral, living here ... but I'm still wondering over the music! I just don't know!
