Yes, in the country where you have the right to carry firearms, and the future vice-president might be a creationist, it is against the law to wear saggy pants:

Apparently the "look" originates in prison, where belts are banned, and trousers hang down by the thighs. Stupid fashion, but inoffensive - unless you are a white middle-class American small-town dweller, apparently.

There would be several arrests in this country if they made it a ruling over here. A lot of the young college kids walk around with low slung trousers.

It's typical of fashion ...... always something that offends. Mini Skirts, Hot Pants, Nipple Clamps and rings, Ripped Jeans and now this.
