Don't know if you can find your sister's boat on HERE, Paul, but it has a list, and a map.

You will not be allowed near the ship. There is a security gate and you won't get past it.
However if you know the 'pay carpark' near the docks, park there and and your sister will have to walk through it to get to the city centre.
The carpark I am takling about is opposite the new fountain buy the main post office in Santa Cruz.

As you enter Santa Cruz from the South. You will drive past the Auditorium on your right and the turning for the docks. Do not turn into the dock road but carry on towards the city centre. After that junction the carpark I am talking about is the third exit on the right. The first exit is only about 75 yards past the dock road. the second exit is just past the 'Hasienda' offices. And the exit to the carpark is a small slip, opposit the large monument in the central plaza in Santa Cruz. Once you go down the slip turn right and park in the open air carpark you will see the Ship from there and know which way to walk.

Hope this helps
