We pick our dill in arona, it grows wild there and there's loads of it. Makes me feel quite rustic

Apparently it's called a Grunt Fish in English. Bio name is Pomadasys croco.

Don't the locals say that when they want the meat finely minced?

ie passed twice through the mincer?

Note: @ Canarybird It might be called "grunt fish" but it's really tasty, will definitely buy it again. Would be nice to put a recognised English name to it though.....But, maybe it doesn't exist in the UK fish market??
