I am in the middle of making my sweet mince pies for Christmas! First 50 in the oven now!
I have in past years sold them in a batch of 6 for 5euros and this year I am selling them again only with 1 euro per batch going to K9
They are full of brandy (I feel quite light headed with the fumes), there are no animal fats in them and I use my own home made mincemeat (full of brandy) no suet, with a cinnamon crumble on top. They are lovely hot with cream, ice cream or custard.
If you are interested in these you can collect them from The Cheshire Cat near the old market from Saturday onwards. Please pm me if you want any made and then I can make sure they are fresh.
I do not live in the south so please could you tell me where abouts the Cheshire Cat is? I am coming down from Las Caletillas to get some they sound delicious!!

It's in Torviscas, Laa Laa, on the Costa Adeje. To get more specific directions, could you have a look HERE??
My other half loves mince pies. I might get brownie points..
