| Nah, come on it's a debate and you're free to say and argue what you like ... but you have to argue it! ![]() I don't see anything in Hopper's post that "justifies genocide". As I read it he is offering an explanation for why those who are themselves victims don't stand up to genocidal maniacs. If anything, that reads to me like a condemnation of genocide equal to our own ... just with more (inside) understanding of those who are bound up with the events.

| Having been in Tenerife on holiday for the last 3 weeks I've missed this thread. What I find difficult to understand is the references to human rights. Could someone state what these rights are so we are all singing from the same hymn sheet (none religous hymn sheet) Sometimes I think everyone's confused rights with writs We also want to take and give rights as we see fit depending upon how horrid we think someone is ![]() ![]() |
