talking about easy jet, there are loads of web sites that are pretty much dedicated to moaning about their dreadful customer service, take a look at this make sure you read to the 5th paragraph in the top comment!

Paying to check in empty bags - Unbelievable! Is this really allowed??

I think they may already have...I would not mind doing it if I could get to the plane before the "Stampede"..I know some Liverpool supporters who enjoyed going down laundry shoots though..they gained access into the old Wembly Stadium via them, when they did not have a ticket for the FA Cup Final many moons ago..on second thoughts I have been "Up the Shoot" a couple of times..but never down one as of yet..but if these air fares keep rising..I will be going down the baggage shoot also.
