Talking An Unbeatable value road bike.

It's a Decathlon Sport 1.
Size 57cm, centre-centre. Would suit somone ideally between 5'11" and 6'2" (178 ~ 188cm)

6061 aluminium alloy frame, 8 speed rear cluster (either 11-28 or 12-28T), double chainrings, steel threadless fork, cane creek headset, aluminium alloy components (stem/bar/seatpost/cranks/brake calipers), tiagra rear mech, sora integrated SIS indexed shiftlevers...

1 year old, very little use.

It's missing a front wheel (the original front wheel was sold as a replacement to a passing cyclo-tourist... the one pictured has been borrowed from another bike for the photo). Complete, I'd sell it for no less than 200€. As is, €170.

I also reversed the seat around, as someone else expressed interest in using it as a triathlon bike. That can easily be rectified.

This further information was copied from a PM query I received:
There are several good reasons why the Sport 1 I am selling is worth more than the current Sport 1 model.

The current Decathlon Sport 1 (Decathlon - bici carretera B'TWIN - Sport 1 B'TWIN - descubrir la prctica de la bicicleta de carretera.) has been significantly 'downgraded'. The bike I am selling was originally €279 I believe, 1 year ago.

1) The Sport 1 for €179 has a steel frame, not aluminium like the one I am selling, which is 6061 aluminium.

2) It also doesn't have integrated gear/brake levers. On the €179 bike, the gear levers are located on the frame's down tube, so every time you need to change gear, you have to remove your hand from the handlebar... whereas on the bike I am selling, you just press different buttons on the actual brake levers to change gear. More importantly, they are properly indexed, so you just press a button and that's all.

3) Also, I notice that that bike has a cluster 7 cogs at the rear, not 8 like the bike I am selling.

Apart from that, since I bought this bike for almost €280 new, both brake calipers have been upgraded (€40), the rear derailleur (€25), the seat is a Selle Italia Max Flight (it's old but now they'd cost at least €50), the stem is aluminium, (€15), and I also bought a 39T Dura Ace inner chainring for it (~€20), instead of the original 42T steel ring (although that isn't currently installed, you're welcome to it). I figure it's worth closer to €350-400.

I personally rode it from Las Mercedes to Taganana and back again, made a bit easier by the gear I swapped.
