Try asking Simon one of the partners in 'Venli' they are the estate agents in Callao, they have building company & a window company 'Meridian'

It would be best to go in person to the workshop just above the end of the Motorway roundabout at 8.30am -9am you will catch him there then.

(There is a huge sign 'Venli' over a little to the left & back from the roundabout, workshop is underneath, go straight over roundabout coming from Callao, towards Mercadonna, at the mini roundabout take 3rd exit, they are along there on the right)

I hate to be a wet blanket, but the local press has been full recently of Canarian builders joining the unemployed. They're laying off, if anything, right now, rather than taking on.
