I stumble over desgracia which does not mean disgrace, but means misfortune: Tuvo la desgracia de perder un hijo

Further, very confusing are
desgraciado: unhappy, and as far as I can make out, desgraciarse: to hurt oneself.

No, una libería is not a library – that would be una biblioteca
Tomé prestados tres libros de la bilbioteca – I took out three books from the library
Compré este libro en la libería – I bought this book in the bookshop

¡Qué sauce más bonito! - is actually saying “what a beautiful willow tree”
The Spanish word for sauce is salsa
He hecho una salsa de tomate especial para la pasta – I’ve made a special sauce for the pasta

Un dependiente (una dependienta) is a shop assistant
La dependienta atendió al cliente – the shop assistant dealt with the customer
Whereas a single man with no dependants is un soltero sin personas a su cargo/sin cargas familiares

(a cargo boat is un buque de carga)

vicioso means dissolute (from Latin vitium, fault), not vicious as you might expect.
