It is 100% confidential, and the number will never appear on a telephone bill and will disappear from the physical telephone memory. English speaking specialists are on hand for those who do not speak Spanish. The number to call is 016.

The lines are manned by professional specialists in domestic violence, who will be able to take calls in Spanish, English, French, Catalan, Gallician, and Basque.
