Hello and I and wish you well when you arrive in Tenerife.

I've not been in the Oro Verde complex but it looks fine and it's in a decent area. I suspect that the bar next door is the one called originally enough "The Pub". It's a popular and busy bar with live music some nights.

Torviscas is a good area with Fanabe beach not far from Oro Verde. It's not too far to the main nightlife areas in Las Americas either. A taxi would be between €5 and €8.

The taxi driver will almost certainly know the complex and the fare from the airport should be around €22.

Keep in touch and let us know how it all works out.

i know a few people who live in oro verde, mostly it is spanish or residents who work in the hotel entertainment. have been in one of the apartments in there, really nice and decent. yes, it is the pub next door ( see you there, girl, since it is my local pub and i can be found quite often in there....), but they don't do live music in there, dude
