I visited my friends in Callao today. They moved to the Mirador La Gomera complex. It looks very child friendly.

I fell in love with the place immediately, but unfortunately there are only 1 & 2 bedroom places on this complex.

I live in Chayofa & there is absolutely nothing here at all. You need a car to get anywhere out of Chayofa.

I now want to move to Callao.

I will need a 3 bedroom townhouse/duplex. I would prefer 2 bathrooms & use of a community swimming pool.

I would be really grateful if anyone knows anyone with this sort of property up for rent.
Thanks.

The fact that there are only 1 and 2 bed apartments should give a clue that it is not actually designed for large families. It is totally unsuited for children, there is nowhere for them to play, and strict rules about balls and bicycles and everything else which ensure the place is highly civilised.

At least, that was the case when I was president there ...

There were lots of kids playing around the pool yesterday & 2 of them were riding bikes around the pool (little kids).

There is much more for kids to do in Callao than where I am now. You can walk to the shops, you can walk to the sea, you can walk to the playground. I can´t do that in Chayofa.

I am actually waiting for a phonecall from Dude...LOL

The place you might be talking about is being re-decorated at the moment.

I need to give my notice very soon & time is ticking away I haven´t seen one property yet.

I´m panicking because I really don´t want to stay in Chayofa longer than I have too.
