Default Duquesa del Mar

Does anyone have any views on this apartment complex in Golf del Sur, good bad or in between.
Either for rental or buying?

All opinions welcomed!

I live across the street so that must be a good thing, area quiet but on Duquesa stay away from apartments on the main road near the Wild Geese Pub as it can be a bit loud late at night, but on the whole a nice complex I have a few pals on there and they seem to enjoy it, not many young families

Not sure if you know the area of Golf Del Sur...

It is a nice area but you are under the fligh path of the South airport, it also can get quite windy there too, which may become annoying for some if you live there.

Duquesa del Mar is ok not on the flightpath very little or no airline noise, wind super better than boiling in the mar of LC or PDLA ... very safe at night to walk about

We own an apartment on Winter Gardens which is next door. I believe the apartments are of a similar quality, i.e. good. As SOG says it is a quiet and safe area. I've not been inside Duquesa as it's a closed complex but they do have their annual meeting in our lounge bar!
I suspect the only facilities on site are a pool as it's a locked complex but I'm sure SOG will correct me if I'm wrong!
