That townhouse was Jardin San Miguel in Chafiras, they said Fañabe. They even mentioned the park (in construction(ish)) and the shopping centre (Aleman belly up at the mo!!)
I thought they were strange in that they were going to buy a business then decided to just buy the house and get jobs. Then they were talking about mortgages and I´m thinking how are they going to get a mortgage with new jobs
They had good jobs in England, the means to upgrade their home and they wanted to start a family. Move to Tenerife? I wanted to shout, DONT DO IT!!!

Lastly, that made me laugh, when the presenter said, "theres lots of construction going on which means the island is booming".
