How truly ridiculous I don´t suppose a pot of yellow paint is the answer

Well, I discussed this with our complex maintenance man, who was afraid to paint the road, because it appears there is a massive fine for anyone who does this illegally. He understandably refused to do it, and when I said I was going to paint it myself, he persuaded me not to, on the grounds that if I did, everyone would assume that he had done it.

I have actually seen signs which say 'Vado Permanente' but which look slightly odd and have no licence number on them. These are clearly illegal, but probably quite cheap to buy.....

Tenerife long term letting

I've seen one used at the building site opposite the Unelco Office in Los Cristianos ... and usually park right in front of it! It's a pretty guaranteed parking space because most people won't risk getting towed away: the sign is pretty convincing, but it's clearly not a valid one since it doesn't have a vado number on it!
