Default Claiming tax back in tenerife

I have heard from loads of people that they have claimed tax back and that as I have a child I will probably be entitled to something.

Can anyone help me or am I too late for this year?

Em, today is the deadline for tax returns, and refunds should be with people within a month or two (or a bit longer if it's a big refund).

I am not totally up to speed with this as we have assor fiscal do it for us but I do recall there is a rebate for all Autonomos (self Employed) from the King for 200 Euros ?

Someone else will know more re this I am sure.

We have a nice refund tho. Which is better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick for sure !

Well, you get allowances, as you do in the UK, and your tax should be worked out pretty exactly if you're on a contract. It's possible that you won't be entitled to a tax refund, as such, but there should be someone able to talk to you about it, if not in work as such, then in the gestoria they use ... they must use someone!
