Bunch of roses for Trafico

We all (me included) moan about the sheer idiocy of some of the beaurocracy in our adoptive country, but instead of a brickbat I'm awarding a virtual bunch of roses to Trafico Santa Cruz.

I had a query for a client about a traffic fine that he (truthfully) has no knowledge of. Now normally I get this kind of info when I'm up there, but Ive already been so I thought OK no point in ringing no one ever answers so maybe I'll try the fax.

I did, laid out all the client's info and said pretty please would they give me the info - within the hour a very nice gentleman telephoned me on my mobile and gave me all the details. Well done Trafico

that's good to know! i find it annoying that they never answer the phone, as it means a long journey from the south for some people without actually being able to sort things out then and there.

Well it was me that awarded the bouquet back in March but now I'm going to bash them over the head with the flowers!!!

I was told this week that no Spanish Driving licence renewal reminders have been sent out to drivers since July and there are no plans to do so at the moment.

So everyone check their renewal date and don't miss it like I nearly did!!
