Default Christmas Menus at Tenerife Restaurants
For those of you planning to eat out this Christmas I thought we should have a thread dedicated to restaurants who have a special Christmas menu.

To start, here is the menu for Carlos Restaurant in San Eugenio. There is a full review of the restaurant in the Restaurant Review Section.

CHRISTMAS DAY LUNCH AT CARLOS RESTAURANT

Menu

Chef's Delicious Homemade Chicken and Vegetable Soup
Melon with Smoked Salmon and Delicious Prawns
Grilled Peaches stuffed with Chicken, Cream, White Wine Sauce and topped with Cheese
Prawn Cocktail
Mushrooms in Cream and Garlic

Strips of Pork Fillet in Honey and Mustard Sauce
Roast Turkey with Sausage, Bacon and Stuffing
Sirloin Steak with Port, Cream and Mushroom Sauce
Sea Bream with White Wine Cream and Tomato Sauce

Homemade Lemon Cheesecake

€55 per person with a deposit of €20 per person. Menu choice required in advance.

We are open throughout the Christmas Holidays 9am - Midnight offering special menus, live entertainment and sports on the TV

If anyone was fortunate enough to be inveolced in our Charity Dund Raiser in November you will know the sort of fun we can have here at Next Door bar.
We all join in & have some fun

CHRISTMAS DAY MENU 2009

Starters
Homemade rustic winter vegetable soup

Homemade duck liver & redcurrant terrine served with warm crusty bread & butter

Fresh cocktail of juicy North Atlantic prawns, smoked salmon & pink grapefruit with our special Marie rose sauce

Caramelized onion tart topped with parmesan shavings & served with a balsamic dressing



Refresh your palette with one of our vodka lemon sorbets


Main Courses

Traditional succulent breast of turkey served with bacon rolled chipolatas, sage & onion stuffing

Slowly roasted topside of beef rolled in English mustard & herbs served with a yorkshire pudding & red wine gravy

Tender loin of pork rolled & filled with an apricot & walnut stuffing served with a port wine jus
