The uk has the same problem in many ways ,but not being a small comunity like we are here we dont get to hear so much about it .I get very upset when animals are left or ill treated .the state of some animlas and the ownes can not be prosecuted.you ust have to watch rspca inspectors .

OK, update!!! Exactly one week after I started this thread, the original owner of the dogs (who I thought was a decent guy when he lived here) has made no attempt to re patriate his dogs, and they are still in Eugenios care at Live Arico.
