Default Sara Pérez Concepción is the new Miss Tenerife 2008
22 year old Sara Pérez Concepción from Puerto de la Cruz was chosen yesterday as Miss Tenerife 2008. She will now go forward to compete for the title of Miss España.

Miss Tenerife 2007, Patricia Yurena Rodríguez, was present for the coronation of her replacement. Patricia did actually go on to become Miss España, and will represent Spain in the Miss World contest next month.

It's a poor picture, I agree. It only happened last night, so the press hasn't got its act together yet!

Here, though, is last year's Miss Tenerife, Patricia, who is the current Miss Spain going on to represent us in Miss World next month.

Not a bad looking bird, but they should also publish a picture of her mother, that way prospective suitors can see what she may turn into....

just a thought....

actually was hopping to have died of exhaustion before she got into her fifties.....
