A man's body has been found on the La Fajana beach, Los Realejos
The body of a 50-year-old man was found at midday on La Fajana beach, in the Los Realejos municipality. The discovery was made by a resident of the area, who dialled 112: the emergency services confirmed that he was dead when they arrived.

Another suicide that's dreadful, it seems that men are less likely to seek help for mental health problems than women. I was reading last week about it, I'll try and find the article and post a link tomorrow. Very sad indeed.

Here's a link to something along the lines I was reading recently. Men really should not feel embarrassed about talking about any problems they have. I know if I had a problem that was serious enough, I would be the first person to ask someone for a bit of help. There is help out there for people with 'issues' or people who think they can't cope, they just have to ask for help, it's easy really, even the most proud of people need help sometimes.
