The Department of Costas has told the Ayuntamiento of Güímar that there are 67 dwellings in the seaside area of Agache that contravene public coastal territory regulations. The local government says that it is working towards a solution for the situation but disputes that all areas along the coastline are public territory.
I do hope this isn't going to be another Cho Vito .....
