He is 16, and the police were called to the apartment in Valle San Lorenzo on Thursday after he'd asked his mother for money for clothes. She said she just didn't have it, and so he threatened to kill her and called her "a worthless ...". She slapped him, and then all hell broke loose, with kicks, objects being thrown ... the occupants of the house had to barricade themselves in a room and call the police. He'd already left the property, in a fury.
He's now under arrest, having been picked up later in Los Cristianos. Hope they throw the book at him.
