Whatever, the bag snatcher was a hooded youth, who approached a group of four, two couples of German tourists. Having grabbed the bag of one of the women, he scarpered through the banana plantations in the area.

Ok I admit it, i'm a cynic, but my first reaction is 'yeah right'.
2000 euro might be what they're going to claim from their insurance when they get home but was that the amount that was in the bag?
