The body of a 56-year-old La Orotava man was found in the early hours of Sunday morning near Tacoronte. The Guardia Civil is investigating the cause of death. The man was discovered at 3am outside a restaurant in the Santa Catalina area. He was lying on the ground and appears to have suffered a blow to the head, though investigators are still trying to find out how he received the injury.
