LTE International Airways S.A. will go into administration over the next few days, it appears, after an announcement by the Chair of the board of directors, Herminia Caballero today.
The company has bases in Tenerife, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria. At the end of October, it suspended its operations for ten days and presented a viability plan, including possible investors. The economic situation has worsened considerably, however, since then, and some workers seem not to have been paid for four months.
